"Bee Balm" flower oil painting,

Bee Balm is another great flower.. It is sometimes called Oswego Tea and has a very distinct fragrance when the leaves are crushed...And the bees love it! So if you would like to attract more pollinators to your garden and add another interesting texture(and painting subject) to your landscape try this guy!

They are gorgeous... I have never heard of them... Do they grow in warmer climates???

Your painting is wonderful!!

I am pretty sure they would Marion! They are more like a wild flower than a hybrid type of garden flower, spreading out where you plant them and taking over.

Thank you!
