I have been preoccupied with a commission painting that is testing my skills and causing me to experiment with some different techniques. I won't be able to share that painting for awhile so there will be some delays in posting. Thanks for your patience.....This was the last in the series of Amish country paintings I completed two weeks ago. I will get back to those! There are many more images I want to paint and some I will use for larger format paintings. We were fortunate to come across a field of grass that was being harvested and baled the Amish way.....Of course I was drawn to the light and to the "old world" feel of this scene.
