"Water Hole" Grand Prairie, Trans Canadian Highway
I'm trying to convey the vastness and distance of Canada's Grand Prairie here. These small studies may be used in larger paintings down the road.

This and the previous two depict the plains well. Some people find them boring, but the vast openness of the plains and the sky above is something to behold.
cool cows! You definitely see vastness in this painting, the rolling hills and big sky...very nice!
