Caught this elderly gentleman as he was parking his bike to cross the street to the barber shop in Poulsbo. I don't know why he didn't just ride his bike to the other side of the street. Go figure.
I'm having a hard time getting started on my Port Angeles material so I am posting this one till I get going again. Guess I am having kind of a painters block right now. I'll get over it. Thanks for hanging in there with me.

My first time to your blog, love your work. (The NFS Seattle painting is Spectacular!) Bike Stand is wonderful - but you haven't posted a size or price - is it also not for sale?
I'll look forward to seeing more of your work -
Nice cool blue gray background. The arrow. The man's green jacket with the cherry red bike. And those great brows! The whole thing makes one fantastic painting! Way to go Robin!!!
I like all of this... the arrow pulls you in the green keeps you hanging around.
Looking forward to seeing your coastal work.
Hey Terry! Thanks for stopping by!
I'll get those specifics posted as soon as I get back to the studio. I forgot the size of the canvas. I think it is 12x16.
Thanks for the encouraging comments!
Thanks Silvina! Your Ralph paintings are great! Sorry I havn't been around much, just busy..
Thanks Nancy! I'll be back to work soon!
Well done!... you constantly surprise me with your range of subjects. I enjoy the colors in this one. And I like your strategy of going to something different until you are inspired to paint the coastal sketches...you'll get there, don't worry!
Hi Annie! Yes, I haven't had much success doing series of paintings of the same subject. I am always distracted by a different scene or another challenge.
Thank you! xxoo
Robin (Found your blog through Silvina Day--she's got great taste in artists!) I really like all of your work, but am especially glad I got to see this. Wonderful color and composition. The bike is really terrific and makes the painting.
Hey Cooper! I have been following your blog for quite awhile now. Your work is great!
Thanks for your encouraging comments!
