I struggled with this painting and have been working on it for several days......I guess I will call it done.........I started this painting the same day I did "Sunflower Rescue"........The wind was tossing the sunflowers around ......a very fall like day!16x20 oil on canvas sold
I have to keep plugging Arts in the Woods coming up , November 7th, 8th, and 9th

I love the balance of the horizontal and vertical elements...then the diagonal limb laying in the foreground. Great symmetry and beautiful colors. Your investment of time was well worth it.

Beautiful, Robin. I like the different greens in this one.
I love this, Robin, especially how you handled the greens. I think greens can kill a painting sometimes, very tricky. I also like the way the barn shows up, but doesn't distract from the sunflowers.
