"Seabeck Landscape" 9x14 oil on panel, plein air Sold |
We had a long extended and beautiful fall last year and I got out to do some painting. I had not been to Seabeck for awhile and headed out to find a hike a friend told me about out at the end of Stavis Bay Rd.
When I got to the place where the road crosses Big Beef creek this scene stopped me. I pulled over and set up my easel of course! The rest of the trip produced some spectacular scenes and a few good paintings as well.....we'll get to that later... =] BTW, Thanks for following along on the blog!!

lovely, Robin. You make me homesick. It is beautiful here, but nothing compares to the NW.
