"Yellow House" is a studio painting I did from photo ref. taken in Port Gamble last week when I was out painting. I know the fall color will not last long in the PNW so I took as many photos as I could to work from. I added a figure and a sailboat at the end for a bit of story and life in the painting. This one will be up at Arts in the Woods Studio Tour! Hope to see you at the Knowles Studio in Poulsbo! =]
