Lately I'm just drawn to the urban scenes. This is Callow ave in Bremerton Wa. I drive by here about three times a week, finally snapped a shot. SOLD

I'm with Kay on this one-the lighting is convincingly radiant and atmospheric. Great composition and solid drawing!

Hello Robin ... I just worked my way though the last 2 posts up to the present. Each stop a visual treat. Vibrant - this one. Great sense of motion due to the lady. Color scheme nicely balanced and the strong yellow really puches it all up.

Thanks Michele. It does have that Americana feel to it. I can't be a blighter no matter how hard I try.

Americana, really? I've got news for you Ameri-centric chauvinists this looks zactly like a scene from my neighbourhood and the car is Japanese. Settle down-just kidding. The paintings good. Cor blighty lad, paint whats right for you.

Hey Ron, Thanks for stopping by and thanks for keepin it real. The Christmas lights that are still up on the porch tell you this is Americana, Only Americans leave their Christmas lights up all year.
By the way I still drive a ford, vintage 77. Its almost ready to be immortalized by Morrison.
