I wanted to break up the posts between my Alder series so I am adding this painting of an alley in Bremerton where we were working last week. The snow is beginning to melt , leaving interesting reflections in the slush and puddles.

This is very cool, Robin. I love the way you see this world and put it on canvas in your own color palette. It's really a beautiful work.

Hi Robin, really like this painting, very evocative.
I love the way you've got that sun-light hitting the building. It's a stunning painting Robin.
Robin, this is stunning. I love your use of detail and loose brush work. (I always end up getting too tight in my own work!) Dynamite!
Hi Vikki, Thank you! The world is amazing to me in all it's varied aspects...I'm so thankful to have been given the gift to share the way I see it with others through art!...=]..
