"Spring Day" landscape, oil painting

I have spent a wonderful week getting reacquainted with my fiance, Ann, who has just returned from an eighteen month commitment to serve as a nurse, helping in the clinic at New Hope Kassana in Uganda. I am very thankful to have her home and look forward to serving as a couple in the work that God will lead us in the future, beginning with a week in July, as nurse and cabin counselor at camp "High Rock", a summer camp for kids from the Yakima Tribe in White Swan, in association with Harrah community church and Sacred Road Ministries.

In between I will be trying to keep up with my painting!.......I couldn't resist the sunlight illuminating this flowering plum tree on Lemolo Shore Dr.

I can feel the warmth of the bright sunshine. Very loose, sure brushstrokes. Great piece.

Hi, Robin..sorry to be such a stranger...moving from CR was rugged. So happy that your fiance is back and with you now. It is so wonderful to see you two involved in spreading His light..that shines through into incredibly radiant artworks like this one. Absolutely stunning, Robin

Hey Bro . . .it's time I surfaced again. You gotta be basking in smiles right now with Ann back at home.

But I need to ask you . . .when, exactly was it that you became so darned good at painting. Somewhere in there, A huge shift happened. Grrrreat stuff!!
