"Seattle Waterfront" and Arts in the Woods

I walk by here a lot when I am in Seattle. It's just a little way down from where the ferry lets you off at Coleman dock if you are coming over from Bainbridge Island or Bremerton. Both of these boats do tour cruises. This painting will be on display for the Arts in the woods Studio Tour in Poulsbo coming up November 11th, 12th and 13th . Stop by if you are in the area! The Knowles Studio will be decked out with exciting new artwork!

I really enjoy viewing your work and hope to some time in person - maybe the November show. I love this piece as I am very fond of the Seattle waterfront.

Whooo-eeeee. Now tell me you painted this plein air and I'll give you all my brushes. Hot. Very nice. Immediate painting envy.

Thanks Darrell! Ha! I don't think I could have pulled this off plein air.. did it in the studio as a study for a larger painting.....and you need all your brushes to keep producing the great PA work you have been doing!!
