Bread of Life, urban oil painting

I spent alot of time refining this painting and could have spent alot more. My goal has been to get more impressionistic in style ,but this image had so much detail I felt that it needed to be tightened up to make sense.
This is a view from the Pioneer Square district in the city of Seattle. I took alot of pictures after going over for City Team last week. 12.5 x 9 oil on masonite panel, SOLD

Great color and contrast....both paintings hold together nicely. Glad you posted a high resolution image to see your
amazing brushwork up close.

These are killer pieces, Robin! I feel a kindered spirit here with you doing watercolors, too. I have been in that world for 20 years and just taken up oils.

Would like to link my blog to yours . . . .interested in swapping?

Great Stuff!
Mike
