| "Ala Spit" 12x12 oil on panel $800 |
I have been painting on Whidbey Island for many years but had never been to this location. An artist friend who lives on the island told me about Ala Spit and I decided to drive up to the north end to see it. Turns out it is a great fishing and clamming area with beautiful views of Hope Island and the inner Puget Sound. I spent a very pleasant morning watching the eagles hunt and capturing this scene.
