Maury and I stayed in a cool Air BNB on Whidbey Island during the festival. It was in Green Bank on the north end not too far from Langley. Not very far away was a dog park of about 40 acres with a winery and amazing views of the sound. We went up there several times to paint. This is one of the paintings I completed there.

 It never made it into the competition as we were only allowed three entries...but it will be in an upcoming group show at the Scott Milo Gallery in November along with many other recent plein air paintings.
